Our breast care treatments are designed to improve the tone and health of your breasts. Registered Massage Therapists with advanced training in women's health care do all treatments in this section of our menu.

At Spa Utopia, we believe that a healthy pregnancy begins when you have made the decision to start or add to your family. The Healthy Pregnancy sessions combine massage, specific exercises and hydrotherapy techniques to promote the health and stability of your body as it adjusts to changes throughout your pregnancy. Choose from the following sessions, depending on how close you are to changing those diapers.
Pre-Pregnancy -- 50 min. / $103 - 80 min. / $148
Our therapists will work with you to develop a treatment to improve the strength, flexibility and stability of trouble areas as your body prepares for pregnancy.
  
First Trimester -- 50 min. / $103 - 80 min. / $148
This treatment helps manage muscular tension as your body adjusts to pregnancy. In addition to massage and breathing techniques, gentle exercises are recommended to strengthen and stabilize your lower back and abdominal core.
Second Trimester -- 50 min. / $103 - 80 min. / $148
Expanding abdominals, growing breasts, and postural changes place increasing stress on your back, legs and shoulders. These massage therapy sessions are designed to reduce aches and pains, while specific recommended exercises stabilize your body.
Third Trimester -- 50 min. / $103 - 80 min. / $148
During this trimester, treatments are focused on reducing muscular and joint discomfort. As your delivery date gets closer, relaxation becomes the priority. Both you and your baby will love it!
Post Partum -- 50 min. / $103 - 80 min. / $148
This session is both relaxing and therapeutic. Specific massage techniques are used to help your muscles and joints make a quick recovery. We also begin treating scars, such as those from a caesarean section. Pamper yourself as you mother your baby.

Most women experience breast tenderness or pain some time during their life. This might be from breast disease, injury, premenstrual symptoms, such as tenderness and swelling, or following surgical procedures, such as reductions and biopsies. Spa Utopia is proud to offer therapeutic massage treatments designed to improve the blood and lymphatic circulation to the breast. Better blood flow nourishes tissues while improved lymphatic flow rids the body of toxins. Our goal is to decrease pain and tenderness, improve the mobility of scar tissue and to lower the risk of breast disease. Your first visit includes a consultation with a senior Registered Massage Therapist to develop a breast care treatment plan. Practitioners who give these treatments have a minimum of 1000 hours of clinical practice and have successfully completed advanced training in breast care.
General Health Care for the Breast
50 min. / $103 - 80 min. / $148
The focus of this treatment is to improve the overall function and health of your breasts. We incorporate compresses; specific breast massage procedures; and postural training exercises into this treatment. If you experience premenstrual swelling and tenderness, breast pain and tightness, or have sustained injury to your breast and/or chest, this is the treatment for you.
 
Post-Surgical Breast Care
50 min. / $103 - 80 min. / $148
Following surgical procedures, such as reductions, augmentations, mastectomies and biopsies, there is often pain and swelling of the chest and breasts. During healing, scar formation can compromise the normal health of the surrounding breast tissue. This session is designed to treat and mobilize scar tissue, reduce pain and swelling and reduce the formation of adhesions within the breast and chest.
