The treatments in this section address specific complaints , such as headaches, arthritis, lower back pain, sciatica, and neck and shoulder pain, and are designed by our registered massage therapists . They will also safely compliment medical treatments you may be receiving for conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, or stress-related conditions like anxiety, insomnia, and depression. Choose to receive one treatment or a progressive series of treatments. If you are unsure about what type of treatment is best for you, schedule a free consultation with one of our registered massage therapists. During these treatment sessions the therapist may use a combination of specialized massage techniques, hydrotherapy, and stretching and strengthening exercises. We recommend your first session be a 80-minute session . This allows your therapist to do a thorough assessment and consultation with you as per your treatment request. Note: All session times include consultation and /or assessment procedures. For assessment purposes please bring a pair of shorts. For women, also bring a sport bra or loose tank top.

One of our massage therapists will work with you to design a therapeutic massage session for conditions such as, a recent work injury, muscular tension, pain from a motor vehicle accident, or trouble falling asleep. This customized treatment can also relieve stress related to many medical conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, stroke, cancer, high blood pressure, and headaches.

If you find that your posture is affected by daily activities such as sitting at a computer, driving long distances or working long hours, this session is for you. In addition to giving you a treatment, during your first visit your Registered Massage Therapist will do a comprehensive assessment of your posture and develop a “realistic postural restorative plan.”
