Requesting Donations from Spa Utopia for Community and Charitable Events
We at Spa Utopia are pleased to support our local communities. We understand that each and every request is truly meaningful and supports a wonderful cause.
Due to the nature of our business, Spa Utopia receives an extreme number of requests for donations. The following procedure has been created to make the process fair to all, while satisfying the needs of our local communities. Please read carefully.
Twice a year, Spa Utopia will gather all written requests. We will then hold a lottery draw, whereby a predetermined number of donations will be awarded.
Spring/Summer 2009
(for events dates between March 1st and Aug. 31 st 2009)
For local community fundraisers ( schools, clubs etc.): 15 - $100. Gift Cards will be donated.
For Charitable Events: 15 - $200. Gift Cards will be donated.
Deadline for requests for Spring/Summer events is Feb. 13th, 2009, no exceptions please.
All organizations, whom names have been drawn, will be contacted by Feb. 28 th , 2009.

As well, a list of these organizations will be posted on our website.
Fall/Winter 2009
(for events dates between Sept. 1st, 2009 and Feb 28th 2010)
For local community fundraisers ( schools, clubs etc. ): 15 - $100. Gift Cards will be donated.
For Charitable Events: 15 - $200. Gift Cards will be donated.
Deadline for requests for Fall/Winter events is Aug. 15th, 2009, no exceptions please.
All organizations, whom names have been drawn, will receive a call by Aug. 29 th 2009.

As well, a list of these organizations will be posted on our website.
Donations for local community fundraisers and charitable events will be accepted by mail only. Please send all requests to:

Requests must be on official letterhead with a letter describing the event. No photocopies please. Please include a contact name, phone number and/or email address.
