Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Each single Spa Utopia Gift Card purchase of $50. or more is entitled to 1 ( one) ballot entry.
   
   
2. Contest runs from November 21, 2008 until December 24, 2008.
   
   
3. 4 (Four) weekly random draws of 1 (one) - $200. Spa Utopia Gift Card will be applied to all qualified entries. Draw dates for weekly prizes are: November 28th, December 5th, December 12th and December 19th
   
   
4. Grand Prize random draw of 1 (one) $2500 Spa Utopia Gift Card from all qualified entries will be drawn on December 24, 2008.
   
   
5. Weekly winners qualify for final Grand Prize Draw.
   
   
6. Winners of four weekly random draws and Grand Prize random draw will be notified by phone or email within 48 hours of the draw.
   
   
7. All prizes must be accepted as awarded.
   
   
8. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded, No substitutions will be made available.
